Why we give you 30 days

Every Pillowise pillow comes with a 30-day comfort guarantee, starting the day you receive your order. We built this trial period in on purpose: a pillow that is measured to your body gives a very different kind of support than the pillow you have slept on for years, and your body needs time to get used to it.

Getting used to new support

• Different support. Pillowise supports your neck in its natural position. If your previous pillow was too high, too low or too soft, your neck and shoulder muscles have adapted to that position over the years.
• Your body needs to adjust. During the first nights your new pillow can feel unusual or even a little uncomfortable. That is normal: your muscles and joints are settling into a healthier position.
• Give it 7-10 nights. Sleep on your Pillowise every night, without switching back to your old pillow. Most people feel the difference within a week or two.

Still not comfortable?

If your pillow still does not feel right after 7-10 nights, we are happy to help. You can exchange it for a different cervical height or return it for a refund, as long as your request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.
