We offer a 30-day comfort guarantee starting from the date you receive your pillow. Please allow 7–10 days to adjust to the cervical support before requesting an exchange or return. All returns or exchanges must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt.

Additional Information:
- Shipping: We recommend using the USPS and a mailing bag instead of a box as the most cost-effective option, as we do not provide pre-paid return labels. The USPS, does not sell mailing bags, you will need to package before shipping. If necessary, the pillow can be carefully rolled to fit into the bag.
- Processing Time: Returns and exchanges typically take 2–3 weeks to process once received. If paperwork is incomplete or missing, this may delay your return or exchange.
- Tracking Number: We recommend keeping your tracking number for reference. This ensures you can verify delivery if needed.
- Refunds: We will refund your card used for the initial purchase.
