3. Pricing and payment

Prices are set by PillowPlaza and shown in the currency indicated at checkout. We may change prices at any time before an order is placed. Payment is taken through our secure checkout when you order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, including where a pricing or product error has occurred.

4. Orders and cancellation

Your order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we confirm and process it. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will let you know and refund any payment taken.

5. Shipping and delivery

We ship to addresses in the United States and Canada. Delivery times are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns and exchanges

Every Pillowise pillow comes with a 30-day comfort guarantee and a manufacturer\u2019s warranty. You may return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are for a different colour (cervical height) at the same price. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and returns must be sent with the enclosed return slip inside the package.
